The Wasion International's 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference was successfully held

On the afternoon of February 10, Wasion International successfully held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting under the theme "Progress Amid Stability, Development Through Innovation." Mr. Ji Wei, Chairman of the Board of Wasion Holdings, along with relevant leaders, the Wasion International management team, 2025 award-winning teams and individuals, and over 300 employee representatives, attended the event.

The meeting commenced with a retrospective video of Wasion International's 2025 milestones, revisiting the memorable moments of the company’s international business expansion and global development over the past year.

Mr. Ji Wei, Chairman of the Board of Wasion Holdings, delivered key instructions:"2026 is the 'Inaugural Year' of Wasion’s '6th Five-Year' Strategy and a 'Crucial Year' for our overall development. Wasion must foresee risks within stability, identify challenges within prosperity, and seize the initiative from opportunities. We must remain anchored to Internationalization, Digitalization, and Decarbonization. By leveraging the synergy between Power and Computing Power, we aim to become a leading Chinese expert in energy metering and energy efficiency management."

During the meeting, Mr. Tian Zhongping, Chairman of Wasion International, delivered the 2025 Management Work Summary Report. He stated: "This year, Wasion International closely followed the global wave of smart grid development and the international consensus on green, low-carbon, and energy digitalization, integrating sustainable development into every stage of our business. We deepened our presence in mature markets while making bold breakthroughs in emerging markets, planning our layout with a truly global mindset. Our international R&D has fully aligned with global standards, achieving a leap from following technology to walking side-by-side with industry leaders, significantly boosting product competitiveness. Operationally, we implemented localized delivery and strengthened our overseas talent pool, allowing more international talent to take root in Wasion and empower our growth."

Mr. Lv Xinwei, President of Wasion International, announced the commendation decisions. The ceremony presented 18 categories of awards, including the Annual Outstanding Contribution Team, Annual Innovative Business Development Team, Market & Sales Innovation Team, Technology & Product Innovation Team, Operations & Service Innovation Team, Management & Mechanism Innovation Team, Excellent Team, Sales Star, Distinguished Designer, Service Star, Quality Pace-setter, Excellent Executive, and Excellent Employee. In total, 128 outstanding individuals and 26 advanced teams were honored.
