Responsibilities

·   Review the company's international business contracts, various agreements, external correspondence, draft various investment agreements involved in the project investment process, review various legal documents related to project operation, including major resolutions, regulations, contracts, and other important documents

·   Work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for headquarters and country offices
