As a leading platform for the ASEAN power sector, Enlit Asia 2025 officially opened on September 9 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), bringing together more than 12,000 attendees and over 350 exhibitors from around the world to explore the future of ASEAN’s energy landscape.

In his opening address, Dr.Veerapat Kiatfuengfoo, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Thailand’s Ministry of Energy, underscored the nation’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy development across ASEAN. He stated, “Thailand is dedicated to fostering regional collaboration to accelerate a sustainable and resilient energy transition.” 

Thailand is one of the largest energy markets in ASEAN, and this year’s Asian Power & Energy Exhibition in Thailand provided vast opportunities for participating enterprises. Wasion, keeping pace with the trends of energy digitalization and smart grid development, highlighted its tailor-made AMI and smart grid solutions for the Asian market at the event.
