Wasion Holdings Marks 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong Main Board Listing, Unveils New Strategic Roadmap

On December 19, Wasion Holdings celebrated the 20th anniversary of its listing on the Hong Kong Main Board with a grand ceremony at the Wasion Technology Park in Changsha, China.

The celebration was themed “Steady progress, Innovative development.” Centered on the milestone of the 20th anniversary of its listing, Wasion Holdings organized a series of themed events and ceremonies to review its development journey, showcase innovation achievements, and unveil strategic plans—fully demonstrating the company’s firm strides toward a new chapter of growth.

Following the flag-raising ceremony, Mr. Ji Zhe, CEO of Wasion Holdings, delivered a keynote address. Tracing Wasion’s 20-year path of innovation and growth, he encouraged all employees to uphold the mindset of “A sense of responsibility rooted in the conviction that every success must include my contribution,” calling on the team to accumulate every small step into a powerful force that spans mountains and seas. He expressed confidence that Wasion will continue to create inspiring achievements and shine with renewed brilliance in the journey ahead.

Subsequently, a series of milestone ceremonies were held, including the unveiling of the Wasion Holdings Laboratory Center, the inauguration of factories and workshops of its subsidiaries, and the commissioning of new production lines. These initiatives focus on forward-looking technology research and aim to significantly enhance innovation capabilities, serving as a key lever for comprehensive improvements in innovation efficiency and supporting a new phase of upgrade in Wasion’s industrial layout.

Overseas offices of Wasion carefully organized and carried out a variety of themed activities around this milestone, spanning continents and oceans to convey heartfelt congratulations and a shared commitment to building the future together. In the afternoon, Wasion Holdings officially convened the launch conference for its “6–5 Strategic Plan.” Mr. Ji Zhe presented a comprehensive roadmap for the next five years, anchored in a clear “6–5” objective: focusing on internationalization, digitalization, and green development, and building a China-leading company in energy metering and energy efficiency management derived from power and computing capabilities. Serving as a bridge between past achievements and future ambitions, the strategy sets a clear course for high-quality growth, unites shared understanding, and signals the Group’s determination to embark on a new chapter of development.

Mr. Tian Zhongping, Chairman of Wasion International, presented the company’s “6–5 Strategic Plan.” He noted that, amid the deep integration of global energy digitalization and green transformation, Wasion International will further advance its “three internationalizations” to strengthen its global foundation, enhance “iron triangle” business synergies to energize growth, and focus on emerging areas such as energy management and the integration of energy and computing to open up new growth avenues.
