· Support the Business Development Head and wider team in devising, implementing, monitoring, and executing the sales strategy

· Ability to travel at least 70% of the time
· Advanced Spanish (necessary) and English (necessary)
· Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience in the renewable energy sector
· Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
· Strong value-based and consultative solution selling sales methodology (TAS, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling etc.)
· Previous experience and knowledge of the Renewable Energy market
· Knowledge of load monitoring equipment or a background in an engineering/technical company would be a distinct advantage
· Knowledge of Electric Generation and Distribution protection equipment and solutions will be considered a plus for this position
· Experience with, and commitment to, using a CRM tool
· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
· Experience with renewable energy country legislation that leverage the technology adoption (Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Central America countries as a reference)

· Prospect and build a sales pipeline by using direct marketing methods
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

· Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
· Strong value-based and consultative solution selling sales methodology (TAS, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling etc.)
· Previous experience and knowledge of electric distribution equipment.
· Previous experience in marketing or selling AMI solutions, would be a distinct advantage.
· Experience with, and commitment to, using a CRM tool.
· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
· Experience with selling premise-based and Cloud (SaaS) software solutions.

· Work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for headquarters and country offices
· Provide guidance to staff on Human Resource related matters including hiring, onboarding, separation/termination, performance evaluations, recruitment, fringe benefits as well as employee relations and organizational policy
· Monitor and advise the management on changes in labor laws of the countries
· Work with staff to ensure proper administration of benefits and allowance, payroll data, and changes employee information. Manage all employee health insurance and retirement plans
· Execute sensible judgment in the hiring, promotion, transfer and termination of staff
· Oversee annual performance evaluations including the development of job descriptions, salary scales and salary/fringe benefit market surveys
· Motivate staff performance and professional development and encourage a workplace environment that values teamwork, reward staff who reach the company set goals, and develop strategies for activating and energizing team to achieve the targets
· BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources
· At least three (3) years as HR manager with proven record of success in recruitment, developing and maintaining relationship as International HR Manager
· Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English is a must, while additional languages would be considered as a Plus
· General Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations in international markets especially in Latin American countries
· Should be able to travel to other countries at any time for as long as required to achieve a specific goal
